Agreement

By using Tiny Desk AI (the "service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Tiny Desk AI ("we", "us").

The service

The service turns the photos you upload (one to five) into a short AI-generated desk concert video: 15 seconds, 720p, 9:16 or 16:9, with generated audio, built on one of 7 templates. It also publishes guides about the format. It is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts or any artist, and "Tiny Desk" is used only descriptively.

Accounts and credits

You need an account to generate videos. Each generated video costs one credit, and credits are bought in one-time packs. Nothing renews automatically and there is no subscription. Credits do not expire. A failed generation returns its credit automatically. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. Keep your credentials safe and give accurate information.

Your photos and who may use the tool

The tool is for adults. You confirm that you are 18 or older, that the photo is not of a child and that you have the right to use it. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of celebrities or public figures, or of other people without their permission, and do not upload screenshots, stills or artwork you do not have rights to.

Generated videos

You may use the videos you generate for personal use. Label published videos as AI-generated. Do not ask the tool for existing songs, lyrics or copyrighted characters; the songs it produces are generated originals, and nothing in the service grants you rights in any third-party song, character or brand. Do not present the videos as official content of, or as endorsed by, NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts or any artist. Results vary, and we cannot promise that a video will look or sound exactly as you expect or be ready within a set time.

We may refuse a request or remove content that breaks these terms. You can delete your videos at any time in My videos.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, resell access, generate unlawful, hateful or sexual content, or use the tool to impersonate or harass another person.

Our content

The text, structure and original illustrations on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may share a link or quote a short excerpt with attribution. Do not republish whole guides.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and the courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go to support@tinydeskai.co.
